A few years ago my daughter had her first (and last) case of head lice. I’d never dealt with it before and after spending about $600 on treatments and hours of nitpicking, I finally gave up and called Nitwits. Should have been my first line of treatment because it worked like a charm and we were free of lice in about two hours. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!! So easy, and worth every penny. Thanks a million!

The last thing I wanted to hear as a parent, “Your child has lice”. After doing some research online I found this chemical free method for lice removal. I have to say I was skeptical at first but after talking to a friendly, professional staff member I knew this was the way for us. Not only did the treatment rid my daughter of lice but the technician gave me additional information on how to rid my house of these pesky creatures. Hands down the service was amazing and all of the staff was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this service to all who would ask and know exactly where I will go should the need arise again in the future.

Despite the reason why I went to NitWits the experience was great and the service much appreciated. My daughter is 16 and it was the first time we had an experience with lice. I had become overwhelmed with trying to get the lice out myself and was not successful. My daughter’s hair is long and thick and I felt I was getting nowhere with what I was doing. I called NitWits late one Saturday morning and Mary Ann answered the phone. She was and angel in disguise. When we arrived she assured us everything would be fine and started to work right away. The office was decorated for Christmas and she had Christmas music playing. She offered us snacks and and kept a fun conversation going. I was so thankful that she was the one there when we went in to the office that morning. On our follow up for a recheck she was there again and had actually made sandwiches for anyone who might come in that day. Mary Ann seemed to always be thinking of the families that would come in and the the process they might have to endure should they have lice and need to go through the removal process. NitWits is lucky to have her working for them. She goes above and beyond doing her job and truly serves the families that need her care. We are thankful that we have not had to visit NitWits again, and miss Mary Ann. Thank you Mary Ann for turning our situation around.
